Artistry in Motion

Lena Cooley and Tara Mickschl, both having a background with the Northwest Renaissance Festival, they became original founding members of the Spokane Renaissance Faire in 2011, helped transformed the event from a small gathering of a couple of hundred patrons into a vibrant celebration including three location moves to accomodate the growing numbers and popularity.  With over eighty years of combined experience in costumes and cosplay, they form a dynamic team dedicated to supporting mostly non-profits and educational organizations. Specializing in costuming, props, and casting for theatrical performances and short films.  Lena and Tara focus on putting people before profit and therefore, collaborate with passionate artists to bring stories to life—whether on stage, in a cornfield, or on screen. Their commitment to creativity and attention to detail ensures unique visual experiences that captivate audiences and elevate productions.
